After graduating with a degree in Marketing from Utah State University, Kinlee began working in the health insurance industry where she held various roles including Customer Service Representative, Eligibility Manager, and Client Representative. After the birth of her first child, she made the decision to be a stay-at-home mother, which is a role she held prior to joining ARW Engineers in 2021. Currently, Kinlee is pursuing her master’s in business administration from Utah State University and has an expected graduation date of spring 2022. She has also enjoyed being an intern for the Cache Valley chapter of the Hope Corps where she has had the opportunity to help businesses create marketing strategies to help them increase their business after being negativity impacted from the COVID 19 global pandemic. ”

When she is not working, Kinlee enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 daughters. She enjoys playing board games with her family, reading, and traveling.
