Arek grew up originally dreaming of becoming a mechanic. This dream changed however when he joined a concrete construction crew after high school. He decided he really wanted to know how they designed the structures he was building. This led him to Utah State University where Arek pursued his degree in Structural Engineering. Arek continues to work on cars in his spare time and is currently restoring an old tractor. Arek joined ARW in 2013.
