Bronson has always been building things even as a young boy with LEGO. This sparked his interest in buildings and drove him into the engineering field. He has been with the company since September of 2022 working as an intern while earning his Masters of Structural Engineering degree at Utah State University. He finished his degree in December of 2023 and has been working full time since he finished.

Outside of the world of engineering Bronson loves to go kayaking with his wife or sitting around a campfire during the summers.
