Telling compelling stories has always been something that Kinlee has loved to do. From a young age, she would use her story telling abilities to write stories that would allow others to feel like they were fulling immersed in the life of the characters. Given this fact, it’s no surprise that when she went to college, she decided to pursue a bachelor’s degree in marketing, a degree that would allow her to tell the story of a brand or a business and make it shine. This is exactly what Kinlee does at ARW Engineers. She is the storyteller behind our social media outlets that allows others to see what makes ARW different, special, and better. She also coordinates our marketing efforts and oversees the creation of project stories upon completion of the project and makes our engineers shine by keeping their professional resumes up to date. In the short time that Kinlee has been working for ARW Engineers, she has been successful at increasing followership on our social media outlets, thus increasing website retention and through her story telling, she enables people to see who ARW is.

With a desire to further her education and understanding of business, Kinlee pursued her Master of Business Administration degree and graduated in 2022. There’s nothing Kinlee likes more than eating sushi, listening to music, traveling the world, and spending time with her husband and 3 daughters.
