Senior Vice President / Senior Principal

Robert “Doc” Moyle, SE

“I prefer work boots as part of my dress code. I love being out in the field getting my feet dirty.”

Doc discovered his engineering ability after winning a bridge design competition in high school. He was invited to Engineer’s Week at Utah State University where he later attended and received his MS degree with an emphasis in Structural Engineering. He later returned to USU to serve as an adjunct professor for two years. Since joining ARW in 1997, Doc has built an impressive resume of projects requiring complex design techniques.  “I enjoy being involved in the design process. There is a satisfaction that comes with seeing a project through from start to finish.”

Supported by his loving wife and four children, Doc served as First Sergeant of Alpha Battery, 1-148th Field Artillery Battalion Idaho Army National Guard before retiring in 2009. He is an active outdoorsman and enjoys hunting and fishing.
