When Tim was 14, the contractor hired to build his family’s home hired Tim to be his assistant. It was that first exposure to building plans and seeing a structure be completed from concept to completion that first got him interested in a career in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry. Initially, in high school, Tim wanted to be an architect. But in college he realized that his real passion was in the engineering side of architecture: structural engineering. Tim was hired as an intern at ARW in 2020 and accepted a full-time position after getting his master’s degree in 2021.

In his spare time, Tim enjoys fishing, backpacking, golfing, skiing, and spending time with his wife, Allie, and their daughter.
