After considering a variety of different majors, Tyson chose drafting because of the creative aspect. He received his drafting certification from the OWATC and joined ARW in 2011. 

Tyson’s greatest passion is creative writing and he is in the process of writing a series of fantasy novels. Aside from writing, he also enjoys reading, playing board games with his family, and studying foreign languages.
