Wayne's desire to become a Structural Engineer started early in life while working in his father's weld shop. "As I helped my father construct metal buildings I gained a strong desire to learn how to engineer them." From that point on Wayne has always enjoyed math and everything related to building design. Wayne joined ARW in 2013.
