The roof consists of a combination of premanufactured steel joists and wide flange beams. The lateral force resisting system consists of Buckling-Restrained Braced Frames and concrete shear walls at the lowest level. The building is constructed into the sloping site, such that it steps into the hill over the course of two levels. The building consists of a large, center atrium that extends up through two floors.
